1st course- Boston Bib Lettuce w/ a poached egg in a prosciutto "basket" and hazelnut vinaigrette. Served with riesling. 

2nd course- Grilled Prawn with salsa rosa. 

3rd Course- Rockfish with forbidden rice and pickled vegetables. 

4th Course- Roast pork loin with roasted wild seasonal mushrooms and pinot noir reduction. 

5th course- Cheese course.
